Minister in Charge of Sunday School and Member Development

SOC CODE 2463 | £20,000 per annum

Job Description
  • Design Sunday School policies and projects in line with RCCG tenets
  • Supervise and coordinate Sunday School programs and activities
  • Adopt RCCG spiritual training for vulnerable persons within the church
  • Design and coordinate membership spiritual growth policies
  • Responsible for department training, faith retreats and workshops
  • Liaise with departmental heads for training and seminars
  • Design spiritual training programs for other ministers
  • Manage the training schedule of the church

Qualification Requirements
  • Required: Workers Training Certificate from RCCG
  • Required: Baptismal certificate from RCCG
  • At least one RCCG certification (Ordination, School of Disciples, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English Language
  • Proficiency in at least one major Nigerian Language
  • Full knowledge of RCCG tenets and statement of faith
  • Two+ years working within RCCG on Sunday School training

Minister in Charge of Children and Youth Development

SOC CODE 2463 | £20,000 per annum

Job Description

As part of the church leadership team, you will promote the gospel of Jesus Christ effectively for the benefit of the public, within the church organization and worldwide. With a focus on youth ministry, you’ll supervise projects, manage facilities, and develop talents of young people in our vibrant church community.

  • Educated in Zeal training materials for RCCG children and youth
  • Workers Training certificate or Believers Class certificate from RCCG
  • Higher Educational Qualification in any discipline
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Full knowledge of RCCG tenets and statement of faith
  • Required: Must become a full-time member of RCCG
  • Must be personable and adaptable to different kinds of people
  • Required: Minimum five years’ experience as a minister
Desirable Qualifications
  • Ability to speak or understand African languages (e.g., Yoruba, Swahili, Igbo, Zulu, etc.)
  • Experience with youth and family ministry
  • Familiarity with multicultural worship styles
